FAQ

  • Q If the product is discontinued, will spare parts supply and maintenance services still be available?

    A
We understand the importance of full lifecycle maintenance for equipment. Even with product model updates, we maintain a long-term stock of critical spare parts and utilize our flexible manufacturing capabilities to provide customized and measurement services for non-standard parts, ensuring that your older equipment receives continuous technical support.
  • Q What is the warranty period for your company's products? What does the warranty cover?

A We provide an 18-month warranty from the date of manufacture or 2000 hours of equipment operation (whichever comes first). During the warranty period, we will repair or replace any non-human-caused damage caused by defects in materials or manufacturing processes free of charge. Damage to consumable parts and damage caused by improper use or overloading is not covered by the standard warranty.
  • Q How should I handle oil leakage in my speed reducer?

A Oil leakage is common at the input/output shaft oil seals, possibly due to aging oil seals, worn journals, or blocked breather plugs leading to excessive internal pressure. After cleaning the surface, inspect for leaks. For minor leaks, tighten bolts; for severe leaks, replace the oil seal and check the vent plug to ensure internal and external pressure balance.
  • Q Why is the planetary speed reducer experiencing insufficient output torque or a "creeping" phenomenon?

    A
This may be due to gear fatigue wear caused by prolonged overload operation or aging and failure of the lubricating oil. It is recommended to check the lubricating oil condition and replace it with the original manufacturer's specified oil regularly according to the maintenance manual. If the wear is severe, it needs to be returned to the factory for precision testing and gear refitting repair.
  • Q What should I do if my speed reducer makes abnormal noise or vibrates during operation?

    A
First, stop the machine immediately and inspect it. Abnormal noise usually originates from poor gear meshing or bearing wear. It is recommended to check for metal shavings in the lubricating oil and confirm that the mounting bolts are not loose. Please contact our after-sales team promptly for professional vibration spectrum analysis to accurately locate the problem. Do not operate the machine while it is malfunctioning.
Our commitment to quality and customization makes us a reliable partner for global industrial clients.
